Facial Exercise – Look younger!!!

Exercising should be one of the most important activities of our life. We all have been told that exercising will benefit us in many ways. In an earlier time in life people didn't have trendy gyms to go to, but their daily living activities was probably more strenuous than your average work out session at your average gym.


Walking through the field, filling water from the well, carrying heavy water buckets several times a day, washing clothes, washing utensils, making food without a proper gas were some of the basic things which required lots of energy and due to this they remain fit.


Our life style has drastically changed. Looking back at the past and how hard it was to complete a simple chore; such as washing clothes we can claim to be technically blessed and futuristic in many ways. Being high-end and making full use of technology has helped us in many ways to improve our lifestyle.


Exercising our body can be done by going to the gym or either by doing some household chores. So with that, our face also needs to be exercised as well. By the amount of pollutants that our face is exposed to, we are bound to have some problems.


One of the most common worry about life, is the idea of looking old. As we live and experience life, slowly and steadily it starts reflecting on our faces in the form of wrinkles, lines, double chin, sagging of the skin. But don’t worry there is an answer to every question or problem in this life.


To avoid such problems relating to wrinkles and saggy skin we can do facial exercises. This facial exercise help ward off wrinkles and gives that extra glow.


There are face-lifting tools in the market which you can use, but these can be quite expensive.  Then there are the common facial exercises which you can do it at home at your own free will, and are totally free.


Facial exercises for you

If you want to sharpen your jaw line you can slap your chin with the back of your hand quickly and very lightly for at least 30 times.

Stroking your face with upward movement can relax your mind and body.

To reduce the small lines around your mouth you can curl your lips into your mouth and then try to bowl air through your mouth without opening your mouth. This would help to stretch your muscles around the mouth. While doing this count till 5 and then relax, repeat this at least 10 times for better results.
