Avocado benefits for your Skin


Avocados originated in southern Mexico and are often called the Alligator pear. It works great on your skin as a part of your daily skin care routine. Avocados are rich in fat as well as protein. These fats are monounsaturated which are needed for a healthy heart. The supply of vitamin E in avocados helps the heart to remain fit. Avocados supply more potassium than bananas actually 60 percent more.

Avocados are also rich in fiber, foliate (folic acid), vitamin B6, iron, copper and magnesium. Adding avocados to your diet, in salads and other meals as well as applying avocados to your skin can be beneficial. Avocados contain vitamins like A, D, and E which have penetrating abilities which helps to improve your skin. Avocado oil has been found to be very useful for our skin. The oil helps to remove any sun damage and age spots. It also provides soft skin and provides a moisturizing effect to damaged, undernourished and dehydrated skin.


Eye Cream

 Mix 5 drops of almond oil to 3 ripe slices of avocado

Blend this mixture and pat it around your eyes.

Leave on for five minutes then rinse.

   Wash your avocado in plain water and cut it 

 Use half an avocado 

 Mash until there are no lumps in bowl

 Add 1 tablespoon honey in the bowl and stir it well. 

Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with warm water


 Creamy Avocado Mask

Mash 1 tablespoon ripe avocado

 add 1/2 tsp honey аnd mix

 Stir іn а lіttlе almond meal untіl creamy

Apply tо clean skin, leave оn fоr 15-20 minutes аnd wash оff wіth lukewarm water. 
Finish wіth а rinse оf vinegar which works as a pH balancer.
